1. General Provisions

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, ABON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ABON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICES; OR (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless abon, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any rights of another party; or (c) your use of abon services in any manner inconsistent with applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding our services, you must first contact abon customer support in writing. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within fourteen (14) business days. 9.4 Class Action Waiver

10. Amendments and Termination

10.3 Termination by abon

abon reserves the right to terminate your account and refuse service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. In the event of termination for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In the event of termination without cause, any remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.
